IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landing cost price prior to purchase completion. Hula Studios is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities. The goods are shipped from the UK. Import duties may be charged in the EU as well as the rest of the world.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you would like to request a return please contact Hula for a return authorisation within 3 days upon receiving your item at hulastudios@outlook.com
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging and box. Before despatch every single item is individually and meticulously quality checked before sent out to customers. Your scarf may include slight imperfections associated with the process of digital textiles printing or the natural weave of the silk, and this is considered as acceptable by quality control.
Please ensure that you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the item or box during transit. Please make sure you include your receipt too. The item must be shipped with a secure signature within 5 days from our authorisation, to the address sent to you via email.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in delays in processing the return and possible deductions being made to the value of refunds or refunds being refused. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning any items and Hula is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged with the courier. All shipping charges incurred by purchasing an item online are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please note this may take up to 30 days.
Unfortunately Hula cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
